		<description>The 'raw rice in oil' bit sounds like something I would have done just a few years ago.  Scary thought, that.

I like this idea for leftovers - I always have leftover rice, and usually a bunch of other little things, so it's something I definitely need to try.

What's your take on the necessity of eggs?  There's always eggs in fried rice from restaurants and what have you, I have a sneaking suspicion that the texture would be all wrong without them, and depending on what else goes in they might be the only source of protein in the dish - but I just don't really care for eggs, so I'm inclined to leave them out.</description>
